Cancellation Of Service
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days in which to change your mind and cancel the contract starting the day after agreeing for A New Beginning Therapies Ltd to provide services to you.
However, if you have booked a therapy session for a time within that 14 day period, although you can still cancel the contract, we will charge you for any services provided up to that point plus an administration fee of £45.
If you cancel the contract within that 14 day period, for any booked therapy session(s) inside of the 24 hour cancellation period, you will also be charged £75 for that session(s).
Should you wish to opt-out of the course of sessions outside of the 14 day period, you will be charged in full at £75 per session for the sessions you have attended, or not attended without cancelling within 24 hours, plus a £45 administration fee. A refund will be provided for any monies owed to you in accordance with our Refund Policy as shown below.
Cancellation Of A Session Or Changing The Agreed Time By You
If you wish to cancel or change the time of a booked appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours notification in writing prior to the start time of your session, otherwise the session will be charged for in full.
You can notify us of a change in appointment by stating your name, therapist, date, and time of the session you wish to change by either:
1. completing a contact form on our contact page
2. sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please remember you have committed to undertake this service of your free will. The work is taken seriously and is in place to help you build a better life for yourself. It is with this in mind that we have these strict conditions attached to the sessions.
Once you have signed up for the service you have signed up to commit to all of the sessions in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you attend the sessions on a regular basis.
Cancellation Of A Session Or Changing The Agreed Time By Us
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment at short notice. Though this is rare, as much notice as possible will be given. Your session will be re-booked at the next available appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. If you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or become abusive or aggressive before or during the session, we reserve the right to cancel that session immediately & that session will still be charged for.
Non-Attendance Of Sessions
If you stop coming to the sessions you have paid for, to continue with your program you will have up to 6 weeks to make contact with us from the date of your last appointment, otherwise, ALL the remaining sessions will be lost and you will not be refunded for any remaining sessions.
If you fall ill or have a valid reason for not attending sessions within the course of treatment and want them to be put on hold, you MUST contact us as soon as you can to let us know. Sessions can be put on hold for a maximum of 2 months from the date of your last booked appointment.
If you struggle to get to the place where your session is held for example should you move house during your course of sessions, you can, if you wish, have any of the remaining sessions via telephone or online (such as skype or zoom).
You are invited to discuss any worries or concerns you may be having throughout your course of sessions with the therapist or Mandi Weymes, Director of A New Beginning Therapies Limited. You can contact her via this website or by phone.
If you feel the therapy service you have purchased is incorrect in some way we want to try make things right. Simply email us with your contact details and clearly state the reason(s) that you are unhappy. Once we’ve had a chance to review your request we will be in touch.
Where we feel a refund is required we will attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible however it can often take longer than we would like as the payment systems we use have their own time frames that they work to.
We process all refunds to the original payment method used when you placed your order without exception.
Refunds to expired or cancelled cards are handled by the your card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the your replacement card. If no replacement exists, the card issuer usually delivers the refund to you using an alternate method (e.g., check or bank account deposit).
In rare cases, a refund back to a card may fail. A refund can fail if your bank or card issuer has been unable to process it correctly (e.g., a closed bank account or a problem with the card).
The bank returns the refunded amount to us. This process can take up to 30 days from the post date. At that time, you can contact us back if you have not received the refund, and we will then arrange an alternative way of providing you with a refund.
